On-Boarding Process

The On-Boarding Process is super easy!

You are guided through a questionnaire that helps us to customize Max Condo Club to your property. We'll ask you questions about amenities, parking, security and any other pertinent information!

Once your questionnaire is completed it will take us 1-3 days depending on the size of your property to import your data into the Max Condo Club system and set up your personalized account. 

After the import is done you and your staff will receive thorough training on the system via live webinar and will have access to recordings, and a knowledge base full of information to tap into all of the awesome functions and services of Max Condo Club!

Once finished training you and your staff will have 2-3 days to get comfortable with the system and the next step is to launch the residents!
